What Is Included on Oceania Cruises?
Oceania includes meals, specialty restaurants, room service, shipboard gratuities, basic internet and a range of nonalcoholic drinks. Its current Your World Included fare also offers a choice: selected wine and beer during lunch and dinner hours, or excursion credit. It does not include unlimited cocktails or unlimited shore excursions.
These policies were rechecked October 4, 2026. Your booking date and offer matter. A review from a guest who booked under simply MORE can describe different benefits from the fare you are buying today.
What the regular fare covers
- Dining in the main restaurant, casual venues and the ship's specialty restaurants, with reservation limits.
- Room service from the included menu. Access to additional restaurant menus depends on accommodation category.
- Specialty coffee, tea, soda, juices and still or sparkling Vero Water.
- Daily shipboard gratuities, including covered cabin, dining and butler service.
- Basic internet and use of guest laundry machines.
Compare Oceania cruise fares with those costs included. Paid drinks and spa purchases can still carry a 20 percent service charge, and some itineraries impose local taxes on purchases. Included daily crew gratuities do not eliminate every charge on the final bill.
The wine or excursion credit choice
The choice applies to Your World Included bookings made from September 17, 2025. Guests sharing a cabin must select the same amenity by final payment; the offer does not extend to third and fourth guests. Oceania also permits a credit for declining the amenities. Ask for its value on your actual booking before deciding.
The wine option covers selected glasses of wine and beer from the General Bar Menu during lunch and dinner operating hours. Its FAQ lists restaurant service hours and specifies noon to 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for bars and lounges. Cocktails, excluded labels and drinks outside the covered hours require a separate purchase or suitable package. Published guidance conflicts about room service: the legal terms include it, while the dedicated FAQ says the wine and beer option excludes it. Confirm coverage for your booking before counting room service drinks as included.
The excursion option currently provides $400 per cabin for voyages up to nine days, increasing with voyage length. Unused credit converts to nonrefundable onboard credit for that voyage. It is not cash to take home. Read the distinction between refundable and nonrefundable onboard credit before valuing it dollar for dollar.
For a hypothetical seven night booking in US dollars, suppose your household plans $250 of eligible meal time wine and beer plus $400 of excursions that qualify for the credit. Those purchases total $650. The $400 credit leaves $250 to pay; choosing included wine and beer leaves $400 to pay. The credit saves $150 more. If neither amenity replaces spending you actually want, ask for the price reduction for declining both instead. Count purchases you actually want, including port days when you eat ashore. Our drink package calculation uses the same approach.
Included restaurants still need reservations
On Marina, Riviera, Vista and Allura, a standard Veranda or Concierge cabin receives one advance reservation per specialty restaurant under the published allowance. Higher suites and longer sailings can receive more; the smaller ships have a different schedule. Check the table for your exact ship, category and trip length.
A Reddit reviewer describing a June 2025 Vista Penthouse sailing reported that their butler arranged extra specialty visits. That is evidence of what happened on one sailing, not a promise of unlimited reservations. Ask onboard about additional availability. Paid culinary events and wine experiences also sit outside ordinary specialty restaurant dining.
Internet, laundry and the remaining bill
The internet FAQ provides one complimentary login per guest, up to two per cabin, with one device active on each login at a time. Streaming requires an upgrade; additional guests need to check access charges. Included internet does not guarantee a reliable video meeting at sea.
Guest launderettes are free. Sending clothes away is a separate service: Concierge and Suite categories have laundry benefits, and the current Suite page specifies up to three bags. Check item limits and the final collection day. Do not read “free laundry” as unlimited valet washing for every cabin.
Budget separately for flights, hotels, transfers unless bundled, excursions beyond your credit, premium alcohol, spa treatments and paid culinary activities. Book desired excursions at least 14 days ahead to follow the stricter published terms. Oceania's FAQ describes that timing as a recommendation rather than a requirement, so confirm a later booking directly. Before final payment, keep the offer terms with your invoice and confirm the selected amenity, any air package and your dining reservation date.

These are advertised cruise fares, not a booking quote or a full trip budget. The agent must confirm availability, fare terms and the final price; travel, insurance, gratuities and optional extras may cost more.
How these examples are calculated
One lowest eligible advertised cabin fare per sailing; USD per person with taxes included, based on two guests sharing one cabin. Observations must be no more than two days old. Examples are the lowest matching totals in our catalog, not a claim about the entire market. Prices are rounded in our website export; availability and optional extras require confirmation.
Frequently asked questions
Does an older Oceania booking get the new amenity choice?
The published choice applies to Your World Included bookings made on or after September 17, 2025. Earlier bookings may carry the previous Your World Included terms or simply MORE benefits. Ask Oceania or your booking agent to identify your fare terms. Changing promotions can replace existing benefits, so compare the complete revised invoice before agreeing.
